Yes, I have. I plan to cooperate with them- we simply don't have the resources to do this on our own- no, ships, no submarines, minimal aircraft... And depending on the location, no cold weather gear.

That's what I was thinking. Asking for their cooperating through RISE feels kinda like doing what they're already doing.
