[This gift was kind of a shot in the dark; knowing absolutely nothing about The Lord of the Rings outside of watching the first movie, he'd simply asked the requisition box for more things related to the same title, hoping to maybe get the sequels. Instead he got something much better - the whole damn novel the movies were based on. Clayton has wrapped up the very thick book and left it in front of Sabriel's room, along with a hastily-scrawled note tucked into the front cover.]
